I bought the tests, but I never received my download link. Where is it?

Answer

Have you checked your spam folder? Most firewall's today will block

auto responders, or even e-mails that are not in your address book, so please

check there. Please!!!! Make sure you do not block our e-mail attempts!!!

Every test purchased will receive a follow-up e-mail to make sure you were

able to view your tests. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!!

2 Question

I cannot view the tests I downloaded.

Answer

If you were able to take the free tests on the main page, you have the latest

flash viewer. If you cannot see or take the tests you may need to download

the latest flash viewer here.

3 Question

I received my tests, but I still cannot open them! HELP!!!

Answer

So you have the Flash Viewer and you are still unable to open the tests?

Do you have Win-zip or Winrar? they are free programs that compress files

for easy download. Most computers already have them, but if you don't,

you can download it for free here. Download Win zip or Download Winrar.

Any other compress will work.

How do I know if the test will work on my computer?

Answer

If you were able to view the banner at the top of our main page, you will be

able to use the tests. If you were able to use the practice tests on the main

page, you will be able to download and use the tests. Here's a free sample test

you can try just to make sure.
